Andersen in Luxembourg incorporates Cornelius Bechtel, strengthening the Trust and Corporate Services division in the Luxembourg office.

Cornelius has more than 25 years of experience in this sector, having worked in leading positions with Big Four companies and large international actors, advising asset managers, family offices and multinational enterprises. He has assisted clients in the structuring of Luxembourg-based regulated and unregulated corporate entities for holding, financing and joint-venture strategies (private equity, venture capital, real estate and debt).

Before joining Andersen, he worked as the Managing Director of Apex Corporate Services and was a Partner at BDO in Luxembourg. He has vast experience in advising on corporate governance and compliance issues and regularly sits on and advises the board of directors of large single-family office operations, funds, management companies and multinational corporations.
