Andersen in Poland Welcomes Partner Rafał Ciołek to Warsaw Office

Rafał Ciołek joins Andersen in Poland as a Partner in the Warsaw office, specializing in tax advisory with a focus on corporate income tax.
Prior to joining Andersen, Rafał was a Partner at KPMG where he led the Corporate Income Tax group and previously worked for Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. For three consecutive years (2014 - 2016), Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita selected Rafał as the best Corporate Income Tax expert in Poland for the tax advisory companies and tax advisors category.
Rafał has authored several articles on Polish tax law and is actively involved in the legislative process where he took part as an expert on parliamentary commissions and working groups at the Ministry of Finance. He played a pro bono role as the Chairman of the Direct Taxes group (CIT and PIT) of the Tax Council at Konfederacja Lewiatan, one of the largest Polish employers’ organizations.
