Andersen in Spain incorporates Javier Cubillo and Javier Bustillo, strengthening its M&A department in the Madrid office.

Javier Cubillo has over 20 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and contracts, for national and international clients. Additionally, he has participated in a number of transactions in different sectors. Before joining Andersen, he was a Partner at RSM, worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and was responsible for the legal department at a major telecommunications and energy company.

Javier Bustillo has more than 15 years of experience, in which he has specialized in M&A and venture capital, advising national and international companies from different sectors. In addition, he has wide experience advising venture capital funds, national and international companies, and investors on their stakes in Spanish companies. Before joining Andersen, he was a Partner at Écija and Bustillo Abogados and worked for multinational companies, managing business development projects at the European level.
