Andersen in Spain incorporates Partner Borja de Gabriel, strengthening its tax department in the Valencia office.

Borja has over 17 years of experience in tax law, working on matters related to business taxation and wealth restructuring operations, both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining Andersen, he worked for MA Abogados, Deloitte and DWF-RCD, where he held the position of Managing Partner for the Valencia office and its tax practice.

Borja’s expertise includes tax planning of investments and restructuring operations as well as recurrent tax advisory for multinational groups and family groups. Additionally, he has extensive experience in providing tax advice to a broad range of entrepreneurial and disruptive initiatives, including those arising from corporate incubation and acceleration programs.
