Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain is excited to announce Partner Carlos Mínguez, who joins the firm in the Valencia office and specializes in public law and port legislation.

Prior to joining Andersen Tax & Legal, Carlos worked for law firm Uría Menéndez and held different responsibilities in the General Administration of the State and in the Administration of the Generalitat Valenciana. He received his law degree from the Universidad de Valencia and his degree in High Public Management from IESE from the Universidad de Navarra. Carlos also brings with him a team of three legal professionals who will integrate into the areas of public and regulatory law.
